Training and Knowledge Transfer
Transitioning to a new system or adapting to change is rarely easy within an enterprise environment. Our Training and Knowledge Transfer services provide organizations with the opportunity to learn from our consultants first hand experience and quickly become proficient in the new identity solution being implemented within their environment. System administrators need to be comfortable with the new infrastructure to ensure the system is supported in accordance with the operational guidelines and security policies that have been defined. Help Desk staff must also understand the benefits of the technology as well as its nuances.
Avaleris offers a range of workshops and classroom style training sessions designed to provide customers the necessary knowledge and skills required to plan and deploy Microsoft based Identity Solutions and its complementary technologies. The structure and content of these training sessions are based on the projects that we’ve executed for our clients and from working closely with Microsoft. Where possible, official Microsoft training material is utilized, but tailored to each client’s individual requirements. Avaleris can provide customized training for administrators as well as train-the-trainer sessions for support personnel. Our service offerings includes training requirements definition, customization of training material, one-on-one training, on-site training and train-the-trainer.
Avaleris currently offers the following workshops and training sessions in the area of Identity solutions:
